05180 Why is a new bldg. better than an old bldg. for teaching?
I taught at KSU. I have yet to see the comments convincing me a new building is better than an older building for teaching. This assumes the older building has been updated to keep the students dry from the rain, warm during the cold weather, and cool during the hot weather.
